Required Skills:

• Active PA license or IMLC with LOQ
• Board Certified in Family Medicine (FM/IM with ED experience) or Emergency Medicine (Boarded)
• Strong clinical judgment and patient management skills
• Experience with emergency care, trauma, and urgent care settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to varying shift schedules and high-pressure situations

Nice to Have Skills:

• Clean malpractice history; NPDB report favorable
• Experience working across multiple healthcare facilities
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, or ATLS (for non-Boarded EM physicians)
• Flexibility to cover diverse shifts and dates, including nights and weekends

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical Degree from an accredited institution
• Prior experience in family medicine or emergency medicine, particularly in multi-site environments
• Active state licensure and relevant certifications

Other Requirements:

• Availability to cover multiple scheduled shifts from May through July, including days, evenings, and overnight rotations
• Ability to travel between facilities as needed
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and maintaining professional standards
