What You’ll Do

  • Support NICU staff during on-call hours, ensuring seamless patient care continuity
  • Follow hospital protocols and safety procedures to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with families and team members regarding patient care plans

What You Need
  • Valid medical/clinical license or certification relevant to pediatrics or neonatology
  • Prior experience in NICU, neonatal, or pediatric critical care environment
  • Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
