What You’ll Do

- Support NICU staff during on-call hours, ensuring seamless patient care continuity
- Follow hospital protocols and safety procedures to ensure optimal outcomes
- Communicate effectively with families and team members regarding patient care plans
What You Need
- Valid medical/clinical license or certification relevant to pediatrics or neonatology
- Prior experience in NICU, neonatal, or pediatric critical care environment
- Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
