We are seeking a compassionate, full time Family Medicine Physician to join an established and collegial primary care team at the Haines Health Center. This position offers a rewarding blend of full-spectrum Family Medicine, caring for patients of all ages in an outpatient setting, with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community.

• Get to know your patients well by seeing an average of 12 patients per day

• Enjoy a healthy patient to admin balance with designated 36-clinical hours and 4-administrative hours per work week

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation salary: $263,764 -$292,527 based on years of experience, with additional productivity bonus based on wRVUs, and quality incentives.
