What You’ll Do

• Provide clinical and administrative leadership for the REI division
• Oversee and develop a comprehensive outpatient reproductive endocrinology and infertility program
• Deliver specialized diagnostic and fertility treatments and procedures
• Lead quality improvement and clinical standards initiatives
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams
• Participate in strategic planning and program growth
• Manage clinic operations with a focus on excellence and compliance
• Engage in on-call coverage and weekend rotations as scheduled
• Ensure adherence to all relevant standards of care and policies

What You Need
Required:

• Michigan Medical License or ability to obtain one
• Board Certification in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI) – no lapse certifications considered
• Significant experience in reproductive endocrinology and infertility
• Leadership and team management skills

Preferred:

• Prior experience in academic or multidisciplinary settings
• Proven track record of program development and growth
