What You’ll Do
- Provide clinical and administrative leadership for the REI division
- Oversee and develop a comprehensive outpatient reproductive endocrinology and infertility program
- Deliver specialized diagnostic and fertility treatments and procedures
- Lead quality improvement and clinical standards initiatives
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams
- Participate in strategic planning and program growth
- Manage clinic operations with a focus on excellence and compliance
- Engage in on-call coverage and weekend rotations as scheduled
- Ensure adherence to all relevant standards of care and policies
What You Need
Required:
- Michigan Medical License or ability to obtain one
- Board Certification in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI) – no lapse certifications considered
- Significant experience in reproductive endocrinology and infertility
- Leadership and team management skills
Preferred:
- Prior experience in academic or multidisciplinary settings
- Proven track record of program development and growth
