Compensation & Benefits:

• Financial Package: Strong base salary + wRVU-based incentives with top-tier earning potential
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $100,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000

Qualifications: 

• Degree: MD or DO
• Certifications: BC or BE in Gastroenterology
• Licensure: Active or ability to obtain MN license
• Skillset: Interest or experience in quality improvement, leadership, and program development 
• Experience:  Minimum of 2 years
• Sponsorship: J1 or H1 Visa
