Opportunity Criteria
RP Valley is seeking a Fellowship-Trained Body Radiologist to join a well-established, subspecialized team serving the Phoenix market. This is a 100% remote opportunity offering strong compensation, flexibility, and a clear path to partnership.
Job Highlights
- 70%+ Body Imaging focus
- 100% remote – read from anywhere in the U.S. (home workstation provided)
- Daytime schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 210 shifts annually
- Optional partnership track with shared evening/weekend call (~8 weekends/year)
- No call required for associate (non-partner) track
- Collaborative, subspecialty-driven team environment
Compensation & Benefits
- $500,000 – $600,000 base compensation + discretionary bonus
- Productivity incentives after meeting daily targets

Technology & Workflow
- Home workstation with modern PACS and voice recognition tools
- Efficient, high-volume workflow across 3 hospitals and 11 outpatient centers

Qualifications
- Board Eligible or Board Certified (ABR or AOBR)
- Fellowship-trained in Body Radiology
- Fellows and residents encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
