Radiology Partners Bluegrass is seeking a General Diagnostic Radiologist with light procedural skills to join our team at Baptist Health Richmond. This is a weekday, daytime-only role offering strong compensation, procedural diversity, and a highly supportive, physician-led environment.


Job Highlights

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
    • No call, nights, or weekends
  • Flexibility: Onsite with optional hybrid schedule
  • Case Mix: Broad general diagnostic (CT, MRI, US, neuro, body imaging)
  • Procedures: Light IR including thoracentesis, paracentesis, biopsies, and fluoroscopy
  • Support Structure: Collaborative team environment with APP support
  • Technology: Advanced infrastructure with AI-enabled workflow tools to enhance efficiency

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $630,000 + production incentives
  • Bonuses: $100,000 total incentive package

Qualifications

  • MD or DO; residency-trained in Diagnostic Radiology
  • Board-certified or board-eligible (ABR or AOBR)
  • Kentucky license (or ability to obtain)

Position Summary

Remote Positions Available (Create your own or many options to choose from):

  • Standard daytime: 222 shifts – 210 weekdays and 6 weekends
  • 3-week rotation
    • Weeks 1 & 2: Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
    • Week 3: Monday – Friday, 1 pm to 10 pm
    • 1 week off after each 3-week rotation
  • 7 on 7 off (day, evening, or overnight)
  • 7 on 14 off (day, evening, or overnight)

We offer opportunities in both general and subspecialty areas, including general diagnostic, neuro, body, mammo, MSK, and nuclear medicine.
