What You’ll Do
  • Diagnose and evaluate orthopedic conditions using physical exams, medical history, and imaging (e.g., X-ray, MRI, CT)
  • Develop individualized treatment plans using surgical and non-surgical approaches
  • Perform a broad range of orthopedic surgical procedures (e.g., joint replacements, fracture repairs, arthroscopy)
  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to support patient safety and recovery
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including primary care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and rehabilitation specialists
  • Participate in rotating on-call coverage as part of the orthopedic service
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient medical records and communicate clearly with patients, families, and care teams

  • Ability to provide comprehensive orthopedic surgical care (including evaluation, surgical treatment, and follow-up)
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
