Berkshire Health Systems is a fast growing, three hospital health system serving the beautiful communities of Western Massachusetts. While many organizations across the country are consolidating or closing locations, BHS is doing the opposite — we are expanding.
We have dozens of outpatient clinics spread throughout Berkshire County, and we continue to open new practices, new service lines, and new access points every six months. Our recent reopening of North Adams Regional Hospital is a powerful example of our commitment to strengthening healthcare access rather than shrinking it.
At BHS, clinicians enjoy exceptional work life balance, a supportive culture, and the rare opportunity to work where people vacation — and where many choose to retire. The Berkshires offer a blend of natural beauty, arts, culture, and community that makes practicing medicine here uniquely fulfilling.
