• Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM, 24-hour shift, with night call and weekend coverage
• Hours/Week: Approximately 40 hours/week
• Employment Type: Contract
• License/Certs: TN State License or IMLC, ACLS, BLS, DEA in Tennessee (preferred to be active before start)
• Experience: Well-experienced in all General GI and ERCP procedures, board-certified GI required

What You'll Do

• Provide inpatient GI consultation and procedural services in both hospital locations
• Perform advanced procedures including ERCP with Olympus equipment
• Support both endoscopy and surgical teams within ER, ICU, and acute care settings
• Manage adult patients, with possible cases involving younger populations
• Document all procedures and patient interactions accurately in EPIC EMR system
• Respond to 24-hour call requirements, including night beeper coverage and weekend on-call duties
• Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure smooth workflow and quality patient care

What You Need

• Board Certified in Gastroenterology (required)
• Tennessee medical license or IMLC credentialing eligibility
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Proven experience in all General GI and ERCP procedures
• Ability to obtain DEA license in Tennessee
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
