Job Description:
Start Date November (Go Live)
Position Overview:
- Schedule 3-7 shifts per month, with 12-hour or 24-hour in-house call shifts available
- Practice Details: Full-scope midwifery practice in a hospital setting
- Inpatient call coverage supporting patients throughout labor and delivery
- Experience in managing intrapartum, postpartum, and OB triage (2+ years preferred)
- First Assist experience required, must be within the past 2 years
- Provide postpartum care and perform well-woman gynecologic exams across the lifespan
- Handle approximately 1,300-1,500 annual births
- Level III NICU onsite with 24-hour in-house OB/GYN support
- EMR: Epic
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of full-scope midwifery experience
- First assist experience within the past 2 years
- Board Certified
- Active Texas Medical License
- Active Texas DEA
Shift Details:
- Day shifts: 5x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)
Travel & Expenses:
- Travel accommodations will be fully covered by the client, including airfare, lodging, rental car or mileage reimbursement
