About the Facility:

Ascension St. John Sapulpa is a 25-bed hospital serving Creek County and surrounding communities. The facility provides acute care, medical/surgical services, observation care, skilled nursing care, and rehabilitation services. Advanced diagnostic capabilities and specialty services include CT, MRI, ultrasound, cardiac testing, wound care, surgery, behavioral health services, and cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation. The hospital has also been recognized with the Excellence in Healthcare Award from Professional Research Consultants.
