Become part of a physician led 650+ provider multispecialty group with a multi-disciplinary team approach to patient care. Practice within a regionally integrated oncology network spanning multiple sites with locations in Boise, Nampa, Caldwell, and Ontario and telemedicine opportunities through the region. This full-spectrum practice is QOPI certified and CoC accredited, offering rewarding opportunities including over 100 clinical trials. The integrated program also has leading surgical expertise with the State’s only fellowship-trained Surgical Oncologist along with other highly specialized physicians to support a growing program.
Support: Full-service cancer centers with medical, radiation, and surgical oncology offer integrative care team support with nurse navigators, social work support, genetics counseling, spiritual counseling, and nutritionist. Dedicated 10-bed inpatient unit at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise.
Weekly tumor boards provide opportunity to collaborate with our fellowship trained surgeons in breast, plastic/reconstruction, GYN oncology, colorectal, neurosurgery, thoracic and esophageal. Innovative programs include lung cancer screening, lung nodule clinic, neuro oncology, high-risk breast clinic, and robust clinical trials. This is a full time or part time role. Located in the Boise, Nampa, Caldwell, and Ontario Idaho/Oregon region (flexible based on organizational need and candidate preference). The schedule is M-F with a minimum of 32 patient contact hours per week; 4-day work week available. Weekend and evening call shared equitably 1:6. Inpatient unit covered by a dedicated team of Oncology Hospitalists and APP’s, and limited consultative responsibilities for outpatient Oncologists.
