Compensation & Benefits

• $600,000 base salary
• $100,000 signing bonus
• 12 weeks time off plus 6 paid holidays
• $2,000 stipend for each holiday worked
• $4,000 CME reimbursement annually
• Call compensation opportunities:
• Additional weekday call: $4,000 per shift
• Additional weekend call: $5,500 per shift
• Post-call or premium work paid at $350 per hour with an 8-hour guarantee
• Comprehensive W-2 benefits package
• Malpractice coverage provided
