Inpatient Cardiology | Predictable 7on / 7 off Schedule

Position Highlights: 

• Work-Life Balance: Balanced inpatient work with a structured 7 on / 7 off schedule, 7am start, and typical mid-afternoon finish
• Ideal Work Environment: Cover two hospitals with an average census of 10–12 patients, supported by a robust team of interventionalists, CT surgeons, and EP
• Favorable Call Schedule: Phone-only call during "on" week
• Culture & Support: Dedicated APCs handle first patient contact and support rounding 

Compensation & Benefits:

• Financial Package: 75th percentile base salary + achievable annual metrics
• Sign-on Bonus: Up to $100,000
• Comprehensive Benefits Package: Full benefits including malpractice, retirement, and health coverage
• Additional Perks: $4,500 CME allowance + EPIC EMR

Qualifications: 

• Degree: MD / DO
• Certifications: Board Certified/Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease 
• Licensure: WI License or ability to obtain one
• Experience: Open to fellows and experienced physicians
