Primary Care Physician (Outpatient) — Florida

MyCare Medical is seeking a full-time, Board-Certified physician in Florida. We're a physician-founded, physician-led practice specializing in value-based care, with the support structure to let providers focus solely on patients.

Locations

• Pompano Beach (2 sites)
• Plantation
• West Palm Beach
• Largo

Position Highlights

• Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
• 12–16 patients/day — time to build real relationships
• Integrated, multidisciplinary team focused on outcomes
• Preventive, value-based model for a primarily senior population
• eClinicalWorks (ECW) and connected partner systems

Position Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited program
• Board Certified/Eligible in Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine
• Florida license (or eligibility), active DEA and BLS/CPR
• Medicare Advantage, HEDIS, MRA, and ICD-10 experience preferred
