Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary starting at $270,000
• wRVU production model with earnings potential up to $480,000+

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Passion for relationship-centered, community-based care
• Commitment to collaborative outpatient medicine
• Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
• Interest in practicing within an independent physician-led organization
