  • Coverage needs:
    • September 16 ( 10:30p ) -24 ( 7:30a)
    • October 11 ( 10:30p ) -20 ( 7:30a)
    • December 10 ( 10:30p ) -16 ( 7:30a)
    • **Provider also needs to attend in person Orientation (7.30 am to 5pm) preferably Friday before the Monday Start (or within 2 weeks before the start date)**
    • Will have ongoing dates
  • Shifts:
    • Sunday 7a-4p
    • Monday 9a-6p
    • Tuesday 2p-11p
    • Wednesday 5p-2a
    • Thursday 1030p-730a
    • **Can be flexible on hours**
  • Setting:
    • Regional Hospital setting
    • Level 3 Trauma and stroke certified setting
    • 220 bed hospital
    • 26 ER beds
    • Average of 120-130 patients per da
  • Cases:
    • Invasive Ventilation Management (ETT/Tracheostomy/NT)
    • Non-invasive Ventilation Management (BiPAP/CPAP)
    • Central line placement
    • Arterial line placement
    • Chest tube insertion
    • Temporary transvenous pacemaker placement
    • Lumbar puncture
    • Thoracentesis
    • Paracentesis
    • Respond to Codes
  • EMR:
    • Epic EMR
  • Board Certification:
    • BC or BE
  • Credentialing timeline:
    • 60 - 90 days
    • Emergency privileges available with clean background
  • Requirements:
    • Active IN license (Will consider IMLC)
    • BLS
