What You’ll Do

• Provide adult and geriatric Hematology/Oncology care across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Manage a mix of cases with an estimated 70% oncology / 30% hematology focus
• Conduct clinic patient visits with an average of 12–25 outpatient patients/day
• Perform hospital rounding/call duties with an average of 2–8 hospital patients
• Use Epic EHR for documentation and care coordination
• Support an ongoing practice need with coverage ASAP and ongoing scheduling
• Collaborate within a small Hem/Onc coverage team (1 physician in practice; no APP support)

What You Need Required

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Hematology/Oncology (qualification to be confirmed during credentialing)
• Ability to obtain/maintain required licensure for the assignment
• Experience providing Hematology/Oncology services in inpatient and outpatient settings

Preferred

• Familiarity with Epic (or comfort quickly adopting EHR workflows)
• Experience managing adult and geriatric patient populations
