What You’ll Do

• Provide inpatient CV surgical care, including pre-operative and post-operative management
• Perform complex procedures such as CABG, thoracotomies, lobectomies, AAA repairs, and aortic valve replacements
• Conduct inpatient rounding and surgical consults
• Participate in emergency call coverage, including ER calls
• Collaborate with a team of cardiovascular surgeons and advanced practice providers
• Maintain documentation, case logs, and fulfill credentialing requirements

What You Need

• Valid medical license in Louisiana (or eligible)
• Minimum of 2 years CV surgery experience
• Proven skills in coronary artery bypass, thoracic surgeries, and vascular procedures
• Ability to obtain privileges at the facility; clean background required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
