Emergency Medicine Physician – White Hall, WV | 09/07/2026

  • Shift: 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Shifts Needed: 12-14 shifts per month
  • Hours/Week: Approximately 36-42 hours
  • Employment Type: Contract (W-2)
  • Licensure: West Virginia state license required (considering IMLC or WV temporary license)
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required
  • Experience: Board Certified Emergency Medicine physician, prior ED experience preferred
  • Patient Volume: 10,000–12,000 annually, all ages


Pay & Benefits:
  • Hourly Pay: $300.30/hour
  • Weekly Pay: Via direct deposit

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide emergency care for patients of all ages in a high-volume ED
  • Support a team with advanced practice provider (APP) support
  • Perform necessary emergency procedures and interventions
  • Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR
  • Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure quality patient outcomes
  • Manage a diverse spectrum of medical emergencies and conditions
  • Maintain compliance with all licensing and credentialing requirements


What You Need:
  • Board Certification in Emergency Medicine
  • West Virginia state medical license (or eligible for license)
  • DEA certification
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
  • Minimum of 2+ years of ED experience preferred
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to varying day/night schedules
