• Hours/Week: Approx. 36-84 hours/month

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Tennessee medical license, DEA, Board Certified in OB/GYN
• Experience: Minimum 2 years OB hospitalist experience, high-risk delivery expertise

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $2964.00
• Paid weekly via direct deposit

What You’ll Do:

• Provide inpatient OB hospitalist coverage at a busy hospital with approximately 600 deliveries/year
• Support high-risk obstetrical deliveries and manage OB emergencies
• Serve as backup call support for Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs)
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including anesthesia, neonatology, and MFM specialists
• Respond promptly to callbacks, maintaining proximity within 15 minutes of the hospital
• Support and support complex obstetric and GYN patients using EMR (Meditech)
• Assist with high-acuity cases, antepartum, postpartum, and routine rounds
• Ensure patient safety and quality care during shifts

What You Need:

• Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Active Tennessee medical license or eligibility
• DEA registration holder
• Minimum of 2 years OB hospitalist experience, high-risk delivery experience required
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility to respond to callback needs within designated proximity
