Join a physician-led, collaborative radiation oncology team in Portland, Oregon, offering a 4-day workweek, cutting-edge technology, and a highly supportive multidisciplinary environment.

 

We are seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Radiation Oncologists to join our established, multidisciplinary team in Portland, Oregon.

Position Overview

  • Full-time, 1.0 FTE clinical practice
  • Practice within a state-of-the-art facility featuring:
    • Four TrueBeam linear accelerators
    • CT simulation
    • HDR brachytherapy
    • SRS/SBRT program
  • Subspecialty focus encouraged (2–3 disease sites per physician)
  • Join a collaborative team of:
    • 9 Radiation Oncologists
    • 1 Nurse Practitioner
    • 5 Physicists
    • 7 Dosimetrists

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $480,900 – $546,500 annually
  • Total Rewards Value: $567,400 – $711,700
  • Compensation not based on RVUs or fee-for-service
