Primary Care Physician | No Call | No Weekends | Jacksonville, FL (Windy Hill)

Sanitas Medical Center is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join our established team in the Windy Hill area of Jacksonville, Florida.

This outpatient-only opportunity offers an excellent work-life balance with a predictable Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with no nights, no weekends, and no call responsibilities. As part of our value-based care model, you will have the time and support to focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and building meaningful, long-term relationships with your patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and patient education
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to improve quality outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active or eligible for an unrestricted Florida medical license
• Active DEA registration
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Spanish-speaking skills preferred but not required
