What You’ll Do

• Provide inpatient neurology coverage focused on stroke and general neuro services
• Collaborate with NP staff to coordinate patient care
• Cover neuro stroke cases and general neurological consults
• Maintain documentation and patient records accurately
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and protocols
• Administer care during scheduled shifts, ensuring quality and safety

What You Need
Required:

• Valid medical license in Louisiana
• Experience in inpatient neurology or stroke care
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including 24-hour shifts
• Clean background and willingness to complete two application forms (temp and perm)
• Temp privileges required (no call to be scheduled)

Preferred:

• Previous inpatient neuro or stroke unit experience
• Certification in neurology-related specialties
