What You'll Do:
- Perform urgent and elective orthopedic trauma surgeries
- Assess and stabilize trauma patients in a timely manner
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
- Provide patient education and post-operative care instructions
What You Need:
- Valid Orthopaedic Surgery license in Washington State
- Orthopaedic Trauma certification (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in orthopedic trauma surgery
- Strong surgical skills and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
