Position Highlights

  • Orthopedic Surgery position with focus in Total Joint or Spine
  • Employed position within an established, multi-specialty orthopedic group
  • Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Shared call schedule with approximately 5–6 days per month and one weekend per month
  • Mix of approximately 60% outpatient and 40% inpatient care
  • Average 20 patients per clinic day
  • 8–10 surgical cases per week to start
  • Practice based primarily at a 480-bed hospital performing the highest surgical volume in the market
  • Opportunity to operate at a secondary facility located within close proximity
  • Access to advanced technology including Mako robotic system, CORI robot, and Stealth navigation system
  • Three established clinic locations across the El Paso market
  • Academic involvement available but not required

Candidate Requirements

  • BE/BC Orthopedic Surgery
  • Fellowship trained in Total Joint or Spine
  • Active TX medical license or ability to obtain
