- Weekend coverage -- Saturday and Sunday
- 24-hour shifts
- Average 11 patients per physician per day
- Rounding with 2 - 3 pediatric/ED residents
- Ventilation management, chest tube, central/arterial line insertion
- Lumbar puncture, thoracentesis, ICP evaluation, exchange transfusions
- BLS and PALS/APLS certifications required
- Must respond to in-house codes
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
