• Compensation: $312,000 – $438,000 annually, with a $25,000 Medical Director stipend

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive OB-GYN hospitalist coverage, including triage, surgery, labor, and delivery management
• Handle obstetric and gynecologic emergencies and inpatient consults
• Collaborate with hospital teams, community OB-GYNs, nursing staff, and specialists such as Stanford maternal-fetal medicine and NICU support
• Develop protocols, workflows, and clinical standards for the new program
• Potential leadership role as Medical Director, guiding program growth and quality initiatives

What You Need
Required:

• Board Certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in OB-GYN
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

Preferred:

• Leadership or administrative experience in hospital-based settings
