What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive OB-GYN hospitalist coverage, including triage, surgery, labor, and delivery management
- Handle obstetric and gynecologic emergencies and inpatient consults
- Collaborate with hospital teams, community OB-GYNs, nursing staff, and specialists such as Stanford maternal-fetal medicine and NICU support
- Develop protocols, workflows, and clinical standards for the new program
- Potential leadership role as Medical Director, guiding program growth and quality initiatives
What You Need
Required:
- Board Certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in OB-GYN
- Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
Preferred:
- Leadership or administrative experience in hospital-based settings
