We are seeking a full-time Diagnostic Breast Radiologist to join our expanding team in Easton, Maryland. This role offers the opportunity to practice in a supportive, community-focused environment while leveraging state-of-the-art breast imaging resources, collaborative multidisciplinary teams, and a strong referral network.

Job Description

  • Monday–Friday schedule with a stable and predictable workweek
  • Full spectrum of Breast Imaging, including all diagnostic modalities
  • Primarily adult patient population
  • Call coverage is minimal, limited to telephonic questions/consults only—an outside vendor covers all studies during off-hours
  • Access to state-of-the-art facilities and equipment
  • Requires well-rounded diagnostic skills to support the broader imaging team

Qualifications

  • Possesses and maintains current license to practice medicine in the State of Maryland required. 
  • Possesses and maintains current Board Certification or Board eligible within Diagnostic radiology required.
  • Required: Mammography films
  • Possesses and maintains current DEA or similar Narcotics and Controlled Substances Certification required.
  • Possesses and maintains, if applicable, appropriate clinical privileges at a minimum of one UMMS-affiliated acute care facility.
  • Demonstrates meeting minimum CME requirements for licensure and board certification.
  • Demonstrates appropriate qualifications and experience to perform the duties required of this position.

Annual salary: $587,257 - $720,140 . “The posted compensation reflects the range based on current median MGMA and SullivanCotter benchmarks. Actual compensation will be commensurate with the physician’s experience, training, and qualifications”

Other Compensation : generous sign-on package, including your choice of a $20,000–$25,000 sign-on bonus or a $50,000 housing allowance toward the purchase of a home in your first year. We also offer relocation assistance up to $10,000 and a competitive production bonus—all designed to support your transition and long-term success.
