Hartford Hospital is an 867-bed tertiary academic medical center and a major teaching hospital located in Hartford, Connecticut. We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join our growing Hospital Medicine team. Qualifications

•  Board Certification in IM or FP

•  Medical Degree (MD or DO)

•  EMR experience preferred with EPIC

•  Ability to adhere to HIPPA, OSHA and CSG OSHA policies at all times

•  Ability to provide excellent and efficient customer service and patient care

•  Ability to work in team environment

•  Strong working knowledge of medical terminology

•  Positive, customer-focused approach, with commitment to providing excellent patient care

•  Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment

•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - ability to communicate in other languages is highly desirable

•  Strong organization skills and attention to detail
