The CompHealth permanent division is working with a growing post-acute care group in Greeley, Colorado that is seeking an internal medicine physician with hospitalist experience who is available to start in the next 90-120 days. This is a unique opportunity for physicians who enjoy autonomy and are motivated by a productivity-based compensation model.

Position Highlights:

7 on/7 off daytime schedule

Round and go model

All inpatient care

Practice across LTACH, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing settings at 1 location

1099 independent contractor position

Malpractice coverage provided

Collections-based compensation model

Potential earnings of $325K-$350K+

Mid-level support can be added as volumes increase
