• 4-day work week, 32 hours per week with rotating Saturday urgent care coverage
• 100% outpatient practice with 25 - 30 patients per day
• Rotating Saturday urgent visits 8 am - 12 pm, nurse-triaged call 1:6 weeks
• Approximately 50% Hispanic patient base; in-person Spanish interpreters provided
• Oregon Rural Health Care Provider Loan Repayment available
