Qualifications:
• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of Dermatology Residency at an accredited healthcare institution.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Dermatology (ABD).
• Active and unrestricted State Medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and state CDS registrations for prescription writing.
