COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Base Salary: $220,000 - $240,000
• Bonus: Productivity and quality incentives

QUALIFICATIONS

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of FM or IM residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Active or eligible Alabama medical license
• DEA registration
