NorthBay Health is seeking an Endocrinology Physician to join our respected and growing healthcare team in Napa, California. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice in a highly collaborative environment while delivering specialized care to a diverse patient population.

Opportunity Highlights

  • Competitive compensation package with:
    • W2 Employee Total Compensation Range: $534,711 
    • 1.0 FTE Income Guarantee $331,683 (rate will be prorated by FTE) 
    • Sign-On Bonus: up to $30,000 
    • Relocation Assistance: up to $20,000 applicable candidates 
    • Quality Incentive Program: 5% of total productivity Compensation per year

Qualifications:

  • Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school, Completion of an accredited Endocrinology Fellowship Program
  • Certification: Board-certified or board-eligible in Endocrinology
  • Licensure: Valid medical license to practice in California
  • Experience: Experience in Endocrinology, including managing both common and complex endocrine conditions. Expertise in advanced endocrinologic procedures such as thyroid biopsies, glucose tolerance testing, and hormone replacement therapies
