Holland Hospital is seeking Pediatric Hospitalists to join a well-established, hospital-employed Pediatric Hospital Medicine group where collaboration and shared call create a supportive and sustainable work environment. Our birth center delivers an average of 1,350 babies annually and features an 8-bed Special Care Nursery, offering a dynamic and rewarding clinical experience for pediatric hospitalists who are passionate about making a difference from day one of life.

  • 1.0 FTE — 169 twelve-hour shifts annually
    0.6 FTE — 4 twelve-hour shifts per pay period
• Additional shift coverage opportunities are available for those looking to supplement their income.
• Up to $5,000 annually for CME
• 401(K) with 50% match up to 6%
• Practice fee reimbursement (medical license, DEA, hospital dues)
• Malpractice Insurance, including tail coverage
