Nocturnist - Neurology - Telecare

Access TeleCare is seeking Board Certified Neurologists to join our nationally recognized teleNeurology practice providing overnight inpatient neurology coverage to hospitals across the United States. This is a 100% remote opportunity that allows physicians to practice from anywhere in the U.S. while delivering high-quality neurological care through a collaborative telemedicine platform.
  • 100% remote telemedicine practice
  • Overnight schedule: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Central Time
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities available
  • Flexible monthly scheduling
  • Collaborate with an experienced team of teleNeurologists
 
Full-Time
  • 168 clinical hours per month
  • 21 eight-hour service blocks per month
  • Must provide 24 available service blocks each month
Part-Time
  • 84 clinical hours per month
  • 11 eight-hour service blocks per month
  • At least 6 of the 11 service blocks must be weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday)
  • Must provide 17 available service blocks each month
Full-Time
  • $134.92 per hour
  • RVU productivity incentive
  • Guaranteed annual compensation of $385,000
Part-Time
  • $134.92 per hour

  • Provide remote inpatient neurology consultations during overnight hours.
  • Evaluate and manage acute neurological conditions, including stroke and other neurological emergencies.
  • Review patient history, imaging, laboratory results, and diagnostic studies.
  • Develop treatment recommendations and collaborate with bedside physicians and multidisciplinary care teams.
  • Document consultations accurately within the electronic medical record.
  • Deliver timely, evidence-based neurological care using Access TeleCare's secure telemedicine platform.
  • MD or DO
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Adult Neurology
  • Eligible for or currently holding unrestricted state medical licenses (licensure assistance available)
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Telemedicine experience is preferred but not required
