Urology Physician Opportunity - Practice in Coastal Pensacola, Florida

Baptist Health Care, located in Pensacola, Florida, is currently seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist to join our group! Ideal candidates include physician seeking collaborative team consisting of four physicians and three advanced practice providers. Established Urology practice with a multispecialty physician network including Oncology, ENT, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Neurosurgery, OB/GYN, Cardiology, and many more! 70+ primary care providers within Baptist Medical Group with robust referral network. New, state of the art, hospital with DaVinci robotics and dedicated OR time. 

Compensation Package Includes:

• 500k Base Guarantee with wRVU bonus (no productivity cap)
• Quality and Service Bonus
• 42 days PDO and 5k CME allowance
• Sign on bonus, Fellowship Stipend, Student Loan Repayment
• Full host of benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and company paid short term disability 
• Retirement plan: 403(b) and 457(b)
• Malpractice coverage ($1 Million/$3 Million) with tail coverage
• Solid referral network within the Medical Group (70+ Primary Care Providers) and regional market
