TPMG is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Shoulder/Elbow Surgeon to join our collegial and well-established team in Santa Clara, CA. Position Highlights

  1. Team Composition: 12 surgeons (5 Total Joint, 3 Sports, 1 Shoulder Elbow, 1 Hand, 2 Pediatrics)
  2. Collaborative Model: Work closely with 12 experienced Physician Assistants

Surgical Focus: Busy shoulder/elbow practice. Collaboration across Northern California for support, consultation, mentorship.

OR Time: approximately 2 days per week

  1. Call Schedule: ~1 in12 (Level 3 community trauma)

Requirements:

  • Board Certification or Eligibility
  • Must be eligible to obtain a CA medical license or be currently licensed to practice within CA

EXTRAORDINARY BENEFITS:

Full-time annual salary range is $640,200 to $660,000 plus additional potential incentives up to $83,270*. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available. *Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.
