• Join a team of 3 other endocrinologists in a physician-led practice
• Full-time schedule: 3 days in Stockton, 1 day in Modesto, 1 remote day
• Weekday call shared among four providers; weekend call once every 7 - 8 weekends
• General endocrinology role with rotational FQHC services available
• Home loan assistance available for qualifying providers
• Board-certified or board-eligible endocrinologists encouraged to apply
• DEA licensure required
• Approximately 90 minutes to San Francisco and Napa Valley
