Physician - Family Medicine (Richfield Clinic; Full-time) (261062)

Hennepin Healthcare (HHS) seeks a Family Medicine Physician to care for patients and support our academic mission.  This opportunity is currently available in our Richfield Clinic comes with a generous benefits package. Academic appointments commensurate with the University of Minnesota Medical School criteria may be available. Participation in the Faculty Development Fellowship through the University of Minnesota is available. 

Our Family Medicine physicians provide comprehensive services in health promotion, screening, diagnosis and disease management at 7 clinic locations in Minneapolis and surrounding suburban communities.  Most of our clinics serve an ethnically and economically diverse patient population.  We welcome physicians who share our commitment to providing quality patient care that reflects our values of dignity, compassion, cultural respect and service.  

We offer:

  • Virtual care, fully integrated EMR (EPIC and Care Everywhere),
  • Infrastructure includes clinical support for primary care providers including lab services, pharmacy, radiology, behavioral health, diabetes educator, social work, community health workers,
  • Maintaining an outpatient clinic in a collegial and vibrant environment
  • Opportunities to practice full spectrum Family Medicine

  

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Must possess a current unrestricted license to practice Medicine in the State of Minnesota or be eligible for licensure
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine 
    • If Board Eligible, must be Board Certified within 4 years from the date of completion of the applicable residency, fellowship or training program
  • Current DEA Certificate or be eligible for certificate
