- 24-hour coverage -- Mon through Sun
- ~15 patients per day, 1 clinic day per week
- Both outpatient and inpatient practice setting
- APPs take all first call
- 3 days per week in the OR
- 1 TAVR day per week
- Daily rounding -- approximately 1 hour per day with AP support
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
