- Call only coverage -- 20 shifts per month
- 24-hour beeper call with 20-minute response time required
- Practice setting includes both inpatient and outpatient
- General CV/thoracic surgery -- open and endoscopic required
- CABG on pump and off pump required
- Valvular repair and replacement required
- TAVR and left ventricular assist device experience required
- Congenital defect repair -- ASD, VSD, PFO experience required
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
