• Scheduled End Date: 10/14/2026
• Shift: 5x8-hour days (08:00 – 17:00), with night beeper call (5p – 8a)
• Hours/Week: 40 hours/week
• Employment Type: Contract
• License/Certifications: Active Arizona license or IMLC, boarded or eligible in Urology, DEA required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of Urology practice

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $481.65
• Pay Package: Discussed upon application

What You’ll Do:

• Provide outpatient and inpatient urology care in a hospital setting
• Perform procedures such as ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, and flexible cystoscopy
• Assist with surgeries approximately 3-4 times per week
• Manage patient consultations and follow-up visits
• Collaborate with supportive staff and physicians using Cerner EMR platform
• Participate in on-call rotation for night coverage

What You Need:

• Active Arizona medical license or successful IMLC application
• Board certification or eligibility in Urology (BC or BE)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant Urology experience
• Valid DEA registration
• Strong clinical skills and excellent communication
