What You’ll Do
- Provide cardiothoracic surgical services including CABG, arterial revascularization, redo revascularization, valve repair/replacement, and pericardial procedures.
- Collaborate with hospital staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Participate in 24-hour call coverage, managing emergency cases as needed.
- Document procedures and patient interactions accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Support trauma and critical care teams for adult patients.
- Engage in ongoing quality improvement and team meetings as required.
What You Need
- Valid state medical license in Ohio
- Board-certified in Surgery, with specialization in cardiothoracic surgery
- Minimum of 2+ years of recent experience in cardiothoracic procedures
- Proficiency in EPIC or similar EMR systems
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
