What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient adult hematology and oncology care in a community setting inside a hospital
• Support a new practice launching in September 2026, with a diverse patient load growing over time
• Participate in patient consultations, diagnosis, and treatment planning for hematology/oncology cases
• Respond to hospital inpatient consults as needed during clinic hours and on call
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation and patient management
• Collaborate with support staff, including nurses, front office, and navigators, to ensure high-quality patient care

What You Need

• Active PA medical license or IMLC LOQ
• BC or BE in Oncology or Hematology
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
