Pay & Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary: $500,000
• Uncapped productivity bonus: $84 per wRVU
• Signing bonus: $100,000 ($50,000 Year 1, $50,000 Year 2)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide outpatient pulmonary consultations and follow-ups for adult patients
• Perform procedures including EBUS, robotic bronchoscopy, thoracentesis, chest tube, and central line placements
• Manage ventilator therapy and critical care needs
• Collaborate with in-house hospitalist team and ICU staff
• Document patient care using Cerner EMR system

What You Need:

• Active BC/BE in Pulmonology
• Ohio medical license or eligibility
• Experience with pulmonary procedures and critical care management
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
