Our County Medical Center is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our growing practice of four primary care physicians and five advanced practice providers. This is an employed position with base salary, production compensation and opportunity for sign-on bonus or resident stipend. Qualifications:

• Successful completion of an approved School of Medicine - MD or DO
• Successful completion of a recognized family medicine or internal medicine residency program
• Clinical rotations in rural communities a plus.

Behavior/Mental Health; Cardiology; Gastroenterology; Orthopedics; Pain Management; Rheumatology; Surgical Services and Wound Care provide outpatient or telemedicine clinics at the facility. 

Hospital services include: Diagnostic Radiology; Diagnostic Lab; Respiratory Therapy; 24-hr Emergency Room Services; Acute and Intermediate Care Services; Medical Nutrition Therapy; Cardiac Rehab; Diabetic Education; Wellness Center; Chronic Care Management; Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy. 

The Kansas Recruitment and Retention Center (KRRC) partners with hospitals, private practices, community health centers, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), and other organizations to help strengthen the health care workforce in rural and urban under resourced communities across the State. KRRC services are designed to assist Kansas communities in recruiting and retaining physicians, dentists, pharmacists, physician assistants, APRNs, nurses, dental hygienists, allied health professionals, and behavioral health professionals. In addition to offering recruitment support for Kansas health care facilities and job search support to a variety of health care providers, the KRRC offers resources for CV/resume building, interview prep, and contract negotiation.  

Currently partnering with 55+ health care organizations, we serve as their initial point of contact and liaison in recruiting those seeking to serve in rural and urban underserved communities.
