What You’ll Do

• Provide direct patient care in the emergency department, assessing and implementing nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans.
• Document patient conditions, treatments, and progress accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments following hospital protocols.
• Educate patients and families on health management and treatment options.
• Advocate for patient needs ensuring compassionate, respectful care.
• Maintain compliance with all hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
• Stay current with medical advancements through ongoing professional development.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support patient care and safety.

What You Need

• Valid New Hampshire RN license.
• ACLS & BLS certifications (AHA).
• At least 2 years of recent emergency room nursing experience.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
